We specialize in apparel design and manufacturing, leveraging premium silk resources, artisanal legacy, and supply chain excellence.We specialize in fully customizable apparel manufacturing, offering an extensive selection of fabrics, designs, and sizes. Every garment can be produced as white-label or private-label to perfectly serve your brand.Dedicated to projects of all scales, we provide focused, end-to-end service to ensure a seamless process. Our Journey
Building Trust, Stitch by Stitch
Zhangjiagang Zuoting Import & Export Co., Ltd. was established in July 2016 as a trading company specializing in textiles, apparel, home textiles, and towel products. In September 2017, to better control product quality and serve global customers, we founded our own production base – Zhangjiagang Irek Garment Co., Ltd. This marked our transformation from a pure trading company into an integrated manufacturing and trading enterprise.
From Trading to Manufacturing
Founded Zuoting Import & Export in 2016, built Irek Garment factory in 2017. Started as a flexible small-batch workshop, committed to “craftsmanship in fulfillment, commitment to trust.”
Building Systems, Scaling Up
Introduced automated cutting lines, standardized workshops, and QC labs. Implemented lean management—transformed factory into our “industrial base” for mastering production.
Innovating, Becoming Solution Providers
Formed R&D team for collaborative fabric and pattern development. Evolved from production executor to solution provider while preserving artisan spirit.
